Frozen Heart and Randuin's Omen come to mind as great items against him. Also some CC would help, a stun, knockup or knockback can really screw him over.
In 1 straight 1v1, try to kite. You can not dodge the AD reduction from his chicken attack but you can dodge the slow by facing him when he uses it. When he has his ulti on, just kite as hard as you can, keep your distance but don't go too far away either.
Remember that he gets stronger the more fury he has (at least his crit chance increases) so only try to fight him when he just used his heal (which consumes all his Fury).
Hope I helped, but I'm sure there are much better Tryn players out there who can help you :)

I don't think they are the best champions to lane against Tryndamere but here it goes:
- Rush Sunfire Aegis. The reason behind this is that you want to get beefy fast and punish him from trying to commit in longterm fights. Try to farm as much as you can while poking him (with Elise mostly). Trying early trades is pretty risky because his RNG passive can give him a lucky crit and then you're screwed. Warden's Mail and Ninja Tabi are pretty solid against him. But never Mail as first item because for the Attack Speed Reduction to be effective, he needs to stack Attack Speed items first and you need to be tanky enough to make the reduction noticeable in a fight.
What you must do is basically outfarm him or keep at least the pace. Try to bully him from lane and NEVER let him stay alone to roam. Tryndamere if he knows what he's doing, he wants to sit in lane and farm farm farm. Doran's Shield start also helps a lot.
