You *really* should rework this if you have no idea what to add on and consider what else would go into the champion at hand.

If you want suggestions, then go to other guide discussions for Kha'Zix and get ideas. Otherwise, this guide might be downvoted severely without good structure.

Nice guide! You seem to know what you're talking about when it comes to Kha'Zix :). However, I do question Trinity Force. It could be replaced with something like Ravenous Hydra or Blade of the Ruined King. You should also add some pictures to your guide to make it have some pizzaz. Otherwise, great job!

I get both of them, but I strongly believe burst is more important than sustain on any assassin really. Also, as I said, you CAN build manamune before fully stacking tear, but the point I wanted to make was that as soon you have fully stacked the tear, getting that muramana is top priority.
Sorry for being slightly unclear on that part.

I'm not a kha player, but I think bloodthirster is a better option than trinity. Aswell, you don't need to wait til tear is fully stacked to buy manamune, you should get it earlier as it gives Attack damage as you need.
