How would you react to angry/negative teammates?

I had the same attitude, I told them "ok, muted" and did not mute them for the same reason as you wrote... but it only affected my gameplay in negative way. I had to read all that sheit and it was distracting me too much. Nowadays, if I can't calm them down or make them cooperate, I mute them asap. But I agree with motivational stuff, it helps lots of time.[/quote]
