Play to improve, not to win.

From what I can see from your complaining, you're constantly saying that you can't win, which is true for everyone because everyone loses a game now and then. Everyone can hit losing streaks, but only those that learn from the mistakes made in that losing streak will be able to climb. If you say that you can't improve, that's a different story. By admitting that, you're already half way there to getting better as a player.

Even if you played a fantastic game, think over what you could have done to make the game swing even farther in your favor. Did you gank each lane enough so all of them snowballed? Did you make the correct calls and step up as a leader that the entire team could rely on? Could you have prevented any of the deaths that you had and pressured the map with your increased presence? Was your itemization optimal against the enemy team comp/was the item build path the best one (buying Phage before Sheen on an ADC) for that situation? Odds are, most of the time you'll have at least one no to these questions.

At the end of every game, reflect over what you could have done better. The worst thing you can do is keep grinding ranked games after a loss and not even bothering to stop to think of what mistakes you made. Not only does this chance you get matched with someone from your previous game, it means that the game you just played was completely wasted.
Good lord...... this is going to be one of those I'm not going to listen because I don't like the answer arguments. So I'll cut to the chase and explain why I don't like this answer:

I WAS IN LINE FOR PROMOTION TO GOLD. I am supposed to be better than this. So why the **** am I not better than this?

What's your point? I got into 2 consecutive promos into Gold (which I messed up), dropped to Silver III in a week through a god awful losing streak, and then got back to Silver I soon after in a really nice winning streak. Are you really so self-centered to think that you're the only one struggling in ranked? Please.

I asked a Platinum friend to help me out by duoing with me in normals, and he legit pointed out every single mistake I made in laning phase alone. Even though I had qualified for Gold promos a couple times, he listed out plenty of mistakes in just the first 10 minutes of the game. If you truly are "better then this", then you should be able to easily point out what mistakes you made by yourself and never know how to prevent yourself from making them again.

Lol, considering the fact that currently I'm gold II and am consistently playing with platinum V or IV players I can safely say that you don't need to not make any mistakes in plat V either.

People overestimate A LOT about how hard it is to climb tbh

My point is I am ****ing frustrated as ****. your arguement that I can't be upset because other people have the worse problems equates to I can't be happy because other people have better.

You had a problem, you sorted it out. Good for you. I have a problem, I'm trying to sort it out. And when I try to crowd source, all I get is condescension, because my mind is so ****ed up that's the only way for me to interpret that stuff. I know its not what you all are trying to tell me. But I've been told this same pile of ******** that isn't helping me at all. And its not just you guys. I've been told this same ********, by people all over the place across many different fields of work and many different places in the world.

I never said you couldn't be upset. There is no person on Earth that wouldn't be upset in your situation. But what I'm trying to get you to understand is that being mad and raging over it isn't going to get you anywhere.

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again, yet expecting different results. No, I'm not calling you insane, but that is the generalization of what you're trying to do. I've seen your match history; out your past 15 games, you've only played 2 non-ranked games, and this was in the past 3 days alone. Grinding ranked back to back is not going help you. You say that everyone is telling you "********", but is this really the case if it has helped us all climb? Statistically speaking, probably not.

Take a break. Watch some streams. Eat some chocolate. Relax. :) I don't remember who, but I remember someone on this site said they didn't ever play ranked if they were hungry/thirsty/tired/stressed. Spamming games while you're as upset as you are is only going to make you do worse. You may not want to because everyone knows that you should be higher and you're under the pressure to prove them right, but playing under these circumstances will drop your performance rate considerably. I have heard what Thalia has said about you, that higher ELO people have admitted that you're not Silver material. You're higher :D

Just for example, if I were to piss off a random Gold player and then force him to 1v1 me, I can capitalize on any mistakes that are bound to come my way because he'll be hellbent on destroying me, thus playing on tilt and over aggressive. Now let that Gold player have been having a terrible day (his girlfriend broke up with him, missed his favorite TV show, parents yelled at him, got an F on a test, someone ran over his dog, found out he was moving in a week, and was diagnosed with cancer) Do you think that he'll be playing at his best?
