Runes
Main runes:
Guardian is a pretty solid rune lately used by a shaco cult that was started by (IIRC) u/TalktotheJITB and it's really fun to use. Helps your team a lot and you can legally call yourself a support.
-In the first line Font of Life is definetly the best; it can be procced by your E and W
-In the second line it's debatable, Second Wind gives you better sustain, while Conditioning makes you more tanky late game
-In the third lane it's either Unflinching or Overgrowth. If they have much CC then go the first one, if you want to go tanky go the second.
Second runes:
I prefer to use Sorcery, because with Waterwalking you can roam more. Shaco doesn't need much farm so you can easiy go mid at 3lvl if you are in front of the other team of course.
Inspiration - you can either use Biscuit Delivery or Future's Market, both are good. Cosmic Insight gives you some CD so better poke.
Regarding the last three bonuses: you can go attack speed if going tank or adaptive force when going more AP

Ardent Censer gives you mana regen which is very helpful early, and makes your Guardian's shield slightly better.
Zeke's Convergence gives armor, ms, cd and mana. His passive works pretty well with your clone and Font of life.
Knight's Vow gives some armor, cd and health. Helps you adc at not dying.
Redemption some stats and heal that works with Ardent's heal bonus.
Locket of the Iron Solari armor, ms and shield.
After some of those 4 items you can build tank or damage (AP), choose whatever suits you better.

max W or E?
It's debatable but i prefer W, because when maxxed, it fear for 1.5sec which is a lot combined with exhaust it's free kills for your team.
