Who am I?
My name is ChristiaanZA and I'm one of the top Warwick players in EU, peaking Diamond 1 this season. As a life-long DOTA player who's recently got into league 3 years ago I spammed Warwick toplane and ended up in Gold, staying at that rank until the season's end.

Late into season 11 and the increasing popularity of hybrid builds on champions like Kaisa and Ezreal, I saw this as an immense opportunity and tried it on WW, this sleeper self-made build which I've never seen anyone build made me quickly rise to Diamond within months as its damage is so insane I've been called a cheater and an exploiter more than I can count. Even tanks will get one-shot.
How does it work?
Warwick's abilities have very strange interactions with some items that don't make any sense as his kit is meant to be on-hit, yet still triggers spell effects (Ezreal for example does this too, with his Mystic Shot). He is the only champion in the game that has 2 abilities that can trigger both spell effects and on-hit, Jaws of the Beast and Infinite Duress(which triggers on-hit an additional THREE times)

Muramana is where things get interesting. It's only meant to proc every 6.5 seconds per non-seperate cast or attack, so you shouldn't be able to get the increased ability damage from it more than once on a single abiltiy, no? This is where the spaghetti code kicks in.

Muramana SHOCK active has very strange coding, if an ability deals both spell and on-hit damage, it will always deal the increased ability damage of SHOCK in place of the on-hit damage. However, Warwick's Infinite Duress applies 3 seperate on-hit attacks, which are also seperate from the actual ability damage the ult deals. So, SHOCK will trigger on the initial ult damage, then 3 more times, for a total of 4 enhanced SHOCK procs. This is absolute nonsensical damage for a single item, you will kill anyone with a single ult as soon as you buy this item as you'll do a whopping 14% of your max mana as bonus dmg, plus a 180% AP ratio with a full build and Electrocute, which procs instantly off the 3 seperate on-hit attacks. (20%x3 + 50% + 15% + 10%x3 + 25% = 180% AP). That's a lot of AP scaling for an ability that normally only scales off AD!

With Nashor's Tooth , Lich Bane , Night Harvester plus Warwick's Eternal Hunger , a single Jaws of the Beast Q will do an AP ratio of 100% + 20% + 50% + 15% + 10% + = 205% AP ratio on an ability that will have a sub 4 second cooldown, plus 10% of the targets max HP and many instances of base damage. These are not normal numbers for a point and click ability with such a low cooldown. I've done 5.5k damage with a single Q, you become so powerful at a point it is like some kind of bug, every single enemy you Q disappears without their health bar even visibly going down. A fully stacked Cho'Gath will melt before your eyes.

Trust me, this isn't even the end. Not only do you do all this massive damage, you heal for all of it back. Your Jaws of the Beast will only heal for 90% of the damage of the ability itself, not including items, but Infinite Duress is coded very strangely in that it does not heal based off the damage of the ultimate itself, but instead based on the damage Warwick does during the channel of the ultimate. In essence, all your items, your Muramana, your nashors tooth, even your Electrocute, will heal you for 100% of the damage it deals. Even if you are under 60% grievous wounds, your ultimate becomes essentially an invulnerability.
In short...
This build is superior to all other Warwick builds to such a degree that is absolutely confounding and hilarious. How the meta has not realized that this build exists is beyond me, but I managed to climb all the way to Diamond with it in an extremely short timespan. If you're good enough with this champion, you could easily go grandmaster and beyond with it.
