As you can see, you can easly have 70% Winrate with Ashe.
Bronze 4 To Gold 4 in 2 weeks.
Gold 4 To Plat 4 in 2 Weeks.

I'm not a pro to LoL but you have to know this basics.

Lvl 1-6
- Try to lose the minimum of cs, limit you must afk farm and never treid and
NEVER die
- But if you put a lot of pressure on the lane and you have more damage than them,
then you can play it aggressive.

lvl 6-11
- You continue to never treid but call your jungler because the ashe's ultimate is
very strong (100% to kill an ennemi with our R during a gank)
- When your jungler gank, ult the carry or the support if you can't ult the carry
Before R, slow your ennemis with your W or wait for them to use their escape
spells
- Isn't a problem if your jungler take kill because you feed him and you are still
very useful with your slow or your ultimate cc.

lvl <13
- You have to stay ALWAYS with your team mate.
- You ALWAYS stand behind your team
- During teamfight use your ult only for save you or save an ally but you can use
it to stun there carry if they are misplaced.
- Always hit the enemy who is closest to you even if it is a tank and stay away
from other enemies to avoid being focused and you must stay with your team.
- You must never be alone or it’s death by an assassin

More you will know kite with Ashe and more you will be monstrous in game.
Kite with Ashe is VERY IMPORTANT.

- If you don't know where is there jungler, place an E at one of the jungle buff.
- If you are treiding and lost vision on a bush, place an E
- Slow with your W before for secure your R or wait an other ally stun him.
- Your lvl 2 is strong for treid but don't treid if they have more dmg like playing vs
Lucian+Zyra / Lucian+Braum / Draven+Janna ...
- Use your W for take cs that you can't last hit or use your W just for slow an enemy who is chasing you or to catch him.
- Stack your Q before a treid.
- If you are playing vs more than 2 Crit champion like if you play VS Draven + Yasuo + Trynda kappa build Tabi Ninja + Randuin you will reduce of 49% of there Dmg #Theorycraft
