I'm a Platinum main support player. I'm making this guide only to help people have an idea on what to build-Use on Bard since he's a really strong support but very squicky.

I've been testing and gathering some information about the runes I'm using mostly on my ranked games. Hail of blades seems like a pretty solid pick over electrocute since you are able to do more damage based on your passive, Ill only pick electrocute on healing champs (Nami, Raka, Sona) to burst them down and get quick kills for my carry. I'm basing this guide on what PROS are picking lately so give it a try yourself!

Remember that most of your damage comes from your passive so try to collect as much meeps as you can.
