Clear Jungle ASAP
Look for over-extended lanes
Gank over-extended lanes
Counter Jungle
Initiate
Carry Team
How to reach these goals

Start blue, smiteless, head to red, smite red. Clear Wraiths (Is mid open for a gank? If no, farm wolves.)
Is mid open for a gank now? Gank mid, if not look if bot is open. If bot isn't open, farm golems, is top open for a gank? If no, farm wraiths, rinse and repeat.
If mid is ganked, push minions to tower, counter their wraiths, proceed to bot if there is a gank open, if not, head back to your jungle.
Around Level 6/7, if you get a successful gank on bot, do dragon.
