With this build you will need to play aggressive early game and once you get sheen make sure you poke lots with your Q, use Q as you main damage and try to time it in between auto attacks to get the most out of sheen. Pop Youmuu's Ghostblade if you really need it most of the time it will only be used to catch up to a running enemy or escaping yourself
