Easily kite-able. You can use your R to block his 3rd Q damage and leave him without any kill pressure. Once you are 6 you can just bully him. Use your W to escape his W and dodge his Q's.
Akali
Most Akali's have trouble actually poking you out of lane. Avoid trades and just look to farm. Once you are 6 you should be able to farm pretty easily. Her shroud will prevent you from auto'ing her, so play around it.
Camille
You have to dodge her E. If you can do that consistently, then you should be fine. If the Camille is good, she will predict your dodge and you are just in a 50/50 chance of dying whenever her E is off cooldown. You have to sit really far back in the lane to stay out of her E range.
Cho'Gath
Just dodge his Q by using your W. A well-timed ult can block his R and you can just chop him down. Once you have Bork you can just kill him. If he build AP then you can kill him as soon as you are 6.
Darius
Skill matchup. Early ganks are great since Darius players tend to be so aggressive. If you can manage to get him to blow his Flash or Ghost early then he loses all kill pressure on you and you can just kite him. Once you are 6 and have bork you should be able to kill him pretty easily. You can also use your ult to block his Q heal to ensure a kill.
Dr. Mundo
Hard to kill and hard to kite. He doesn't have too much damage to all-in you and just kill you. Mostly a farm lane which is the benefit to you. By playing around his cleavers and preventing him from getting too fed early you are much more impactful during teamfights.
Fiora
Skill matchup. You have to play around her vitals. Many Fiora's will W+Q to get the slow and AA slow from range, so watch out for that. Make sure your Jungler doesn't CC her into the parry of else she can pretty easily win 1v2.
Gangplank
Gangplank is pretty weak right now, but his poke is still very potent. If you walk up to farm and take too many of his Q's you are going to have to back too many times to get any levels or farm. Play away from bushes as GP's like to leave barrels in there to chain together.
Garen
Very kitable. Make sure you save your Q until after he uses his Q. If you agressively use your Q he can cancel the slow and get on you pretty easily. His R is very telegraphed and you can use your R to block the damage. If you do this it should be pretty easy for you.
Gnar
On paper this should be a bad matchup, but Gnar's tend not to really have much impact. As long as you dodge his Q's and don't walk up too far he has trouble sticking on to you. If he is playing aggressive bait out his W on to you and any gank will ruin him.
Gragas
Dodge Gragas E. If you do that he has no way to build up his Q damage. If he takes phase rush he has no way to really kill you, and if he takes anything else you can kite him really easily.
Illaoi
Once you are 6 you can kill her tentacles from range and she loses a lot of her ability to bully her. Make sure to dodge her E. If she uses R and is about to heal from the tentacle smack, use your R to prevent the damage as it will also prevent the healing.
Irelia
Play around her passive stacks. Once she is at 5 stacks you have to play way back to prevent her from Q'ing to a minion to get to you. Once she is 6 she will almost certainly try and all in, so call for a gank once that is about to happen.
Jax
Skill matchup. Once he uses his Q on to you, try and Q him in mid-air. If you do this properly you can W and dodge his stun. If this situation happens you can then start beating on him with autos. Watch out for his passive early. The attack speed steroid for him makes him much stronger.
Jayce
He is a lane bully and you have to play far back. If he ever gets in range to jump on you in hammer form you are going to just die. Beg for ganks and hope he is bad.
Kayle
Why are you playing norms?
There are no tiny threats to Kayle in lane. You lose pretty much everything pre-6.
Kennen
You have very little kill pressure on him, but if you play passive then he doesn't have much kill pressure on you either. Use your R to block the 3rd hit from his R as this is most likely when kennen will cast his Q on you as well.
Kled
He can and should dive you. If their jungler is anywhere near topside you have to be careful. You can only walk up past 6 if you have both flash and your R off CD. Otherwise you are just going to get dove.
Lucian
Not too common anymore, but still a very dangerous lane. Beg for ganks and try to bait out an aggressive E by him. If you can do that he will have no more mobility and you should be able to kill with help of your jungler.
Malphite
I perma-ban this champion right now. If he build AP he will just poke you out with Q and one-shot you out of nowhere. If he builds tank you will never kill him and he will still one-shot you.
Maokai
Maokai doesn't have too much kill pressure on your early, but he can continually W on to you and just be annoying. Farm up and wait for teamfights and you will be much more useful.
Mordekaiser
Use your W to dodge his E and you win every fight. He has no way to get on top of you and once you finish Bork you can easily 1v1 him. If you are having trouble build wits end and you will crush him.
Nasus
This is the only matchup I walk up and trade lvl 1. Walk try and proc PTA and get as many auto's off on him and then spam E on him every time it is off CD to keep him low. If he is smart as soon as he is 6 he will have 2 points in wither and just kill you.
Ornn
Try your best to dodge his Q as he will be able to poke you pretty hard with it. Stay far away when his W is off CD as the brittle proc+grasp will chunk you really hard.
Renekton
This is a matchup you need early assistance. If your jungler is weak early (like yi) then you are double screwed as Renekton can pretty easily 1v2 you if he takes ignite. You have to play really far back as his E range allows him to bully almost all of the lane. If you play far enough back his main combo will be E+E+W+AA+Q. After this combo he will have nothing off of CD so you can then bully him pretty hard.
Rengar
Play on the bottom part of the lane and keep a deep ward to watch for ganks. As long as you know his jump range you are pretty safe and he won't have much of an ability to kill you. Use your R as he is jumping on you from his R and he won't have any kill pressure for awhile.
Riven
She has tons of mobility so you can't kite her easily and she does tons of damage. Once you are 6 you can play pretty safe and poke her down with auto's safely. As long as she doesn't get fed you hard outscale and will carry teamfights.
Rumble
His early base dmg is incredibly high, but as long as you play safe early he won't be able to build much of a lead. His ultimate is team-fight deciding, so your team has to play around it and not clump. Other than that, once you are 6 you should be able to just kite and kill him pretty easily.
Sett
His level 1-3 is pretty dangerous and he may flash on your early to get first-blood. Once you have Bork you can kite him. Use your Q to slow him when he uses his Q to try and get on you and you should be able to chunk him. Use your W to dodge the true dmg from his W.
Shen
On paper this should be a horrible matchup. Hard CC to lock you down and keep you from using R. Mass AA-blocking. Good early dueler. I am honestly not sure why, but Shen always seems to fall off and be useless later. As long as you are safe and make it to the mid-game he won't ever kill you and you can kite him all day long.
Singed
Very difficult to kite. Try and play far back and don't let him get free E's on you. As long as you make it out of lane safely, your impact on teamfights will be much more than his.
Sion
Only thing to really note is don't walk near bushes level 1. Most Sion's will wait there and try and Cheese you with a fully charged Q. Other than that he really can never kill you. Use your W to dodge his E in lane and keep it up while he is backed to help dodge his R.
Teemo
He will likely be invis in lane level 1, so sit as far back until he shows to grab his first minion. Teemo usually takes ignite, so he can majorly burn you. He has incredible early kill potential, so play far back. Buy sweeper early and buy tons of control wards. Try and use your lifesteal to make it through the lane and then during teamfights try and target him down so he can't continually block you AA's with his blind.
Tryndamere
Watch out for early Cheese. If he has lethal tempo + ignite you have to sit back to avoid getting first blooded. His ulti is better than you in the 1v1 and if you aren't careful will let him dive you. Building an early stopwatch can really mess him up as it allows you to wait out his ulti.
Urgot
The only way he will ever get on to you is if he flash+W. If you can avoid this then you can kite him all day long. He slows himself with his W and you can also block his R with your R as long as you time it correctly. The timing is pretty specific, but if you play this matchup enough you will learn it.
Wukong
He can jump on you, make you waste PTA on his clone, and the extra armor he gets from his passive makes you do very little damage to him. Beg for ganks and cry.
Yorick
You have to dodge his E. As long as you do, you can auto all of his minions with range once you are 6 and it will be super easily to kill him. If you get hit by E you probably will die or burn your flash. It is honestly better to flash his E than get hit by it and have to flash his box. Dodge E -> you win.
Master Yi
Late game scaling carries are really strong as you can use your R to keep them alive while they go in.
Janna
Most enchanter supports are very strong with kayle since they can give her buffs and heal/shield. Staff of flowing water + Ardent censor are insane when used on kayle together,

There are almost no matchups that you win in lane pre-6. When in lane you are looking to be passive, farm at range with E and go in for minions only when the enemy laner cannot punish you for it. If your jungler invades, you CANNOT help him. You will lose every 2v2 because you are that weak. If you get invaded and are pushed under tower with a huge wave, it is better to get the CS and get the levels ahead on your laner. If your laner TP's bot then you should push in the wave and get as much CS and tower platings as you can. The only times you fight in lane is when you have a large wave with your passive stacked up, or if you are taking bad trades to set up for a gank. Pre-6 you will just die to pretty much every toplaner in a 1v1.
Levels 6-10
Once you hit level 6 you can start to fight. Grab yourselves your berserker's greaves and attempt to kite. You can now safely poke in most matchups. AA+AA+E is the best way for quick damage and to proc PTA. By doing this over and over your E damage will gradually increase and start to chunk your laner. Just keep doing this until your laner has to back. Keep farming and if you can set up a gank with your jungler, you can usually dive pretty safely with your R. If you are finishing your Bork as they finish their first item, you won lane and can start to really bully.
Levels 11-15.
Once you hit 11 and you are not significantly behind, you will be able to solo-kill them. Your waveclear is now very strong, and they will have to bring 2 people top to stop your split. Keep good vision in the jungle and watch out for them bringing people top to kill you. If you are top and there are no other objectives on the map, you are not acomplishing much, wait until dragon spawns to push hard. Keep up your TP and watch for teamfights where you can TP and ult the carry to win the fight. Otherwise do your best to farm to 16.
Late game
If you made it to level 16 and your team isn't significantly behind, you win the game. You can single-handedly carry fights. Your DPS will be insane, but you still have to be careful not to be CC chained. Stopwatch, GA, and playing around your R will keep you safe. You can shred Baron and all tanks. Make sure your team plays around you, and you will win the game.
