Well this build isn't about getting kills, it's about utilizing your W's passive to deal high dps and to utilize your main passive to stun target enemies to assist your whole team.

Kennen has great mobility and is normally built to deal high magic dmg, but this build centers around being the center of a team fight with stuns, high dmg auto attacks, a team fight ult, and then if it all goes south, running for your life and helping your surviving teammates run as well.

The playstyle of this build is very aggressive, but also very passive. You do not go in for kills often, you let your teammates get the kills and try to make sure they can get them. You also help your team get kills faster with your basic attacks alone.

DO NOT TRY TO 1V1 ANYONE!

You will not be built as a weapon, not even against the enemy support.

So just don't try.
