Jinx is a great champion to use she has an amazing attack speed and she can be built to even go faster she isn't very good at running from ganks but when a turret is destroyed or a opponent is killed she gains a bit of running speed. She isn't a good starting champion for everyone if you are not use to ranged champions I advise you start with a champion like Miss Fortune then moving onto Jinx.

Pros: Jinx has amazing attack speed her ult can be built to do amazing damage.

Cons:Jinx is very squishy in the beginning keep her at a good range distance and don't push her too far in the start let her farm and build.

No matter what other people say Jinx is nonetheless an ADC if someone who is playing Vayne, Ashe or any other ranged champion says that they will support you then have them change to a real support champion such as Nunu or Sona. Make sure that Jinx gets majority of minion kills and champion kills in the beginning. This might irritate your support player but it is in the end necessary for the best outcome.

The Runaan's Hurricane Boosts your attack speed by 70 Attack Speed (this is a ranged only item). The item is under a lot of dispute on its true value on wether or not it is a good item to use in the game. My personal opinion is that it is great when playing with bots both in beginners and intermediate bots. The fact of the matter is that the Runaan's Hurricane in the end is still the best farming tool in my opinion. With Jinx the Runaan's Hurricane works amazingly with her Q attack which helps her do tons of damage to the opponent and to minions. Now for PVP Runaan's Hurricane will not help a player much in PVP their is not the time to feed and it is an item that is built usually for beginners who need to farm for gold. PVP is a high speed environment were building items to slow or to stun is the best way to go rather than to build Hurricane.
