Twisted Fate Guide
ADC Twisted Fate is viable
I'll keep playing him and over time this build can become better and better. I will look into different ways to build him while being adc, for I still believe he is a strong champ.
You're forgetting there is one item which is core on every ADC Fate, and in fact is the only possible way to itemize for a champion who not only lacks DPS, but also has problematic ratios which are all in the wrong places (AD on his W and AP on his E).
That item is
Nerfed and Pick a Card converts the bonus damage to magic damage which makes it fall off even harder.
In my opinion, not even the recent buff for its price made it useful enough for the itemization process (it occupies too much space).

You are messing with my ADC tf.
Runes. Put seals of armour and glyphs of MR on. Also it is normal not to have quints of life steal. Try AD or armour pen.
0 defensive items on build.
Spell maxed al level 8. You need to be nine before a spell can be maxed.
Runic affinity and an ADC.
Mana masteries on TF. Especially bad because he is adc tf.
Missing sections: Items, Masteries, Farming ect. (Also, pros/cons usually go after the intro)

Personaly I would play tf only as ap as he benefits alot better from it. As ad he only gets stun/slow and some attack speed bonus, so why would you use someone as adc when many more can do it better. Also, I rly don't care about player lvl as it's way different from making builds. Just as I can play with champions I never managed to make desent looking build.
I do not agree with you. Summoner Level is very important, nobody will be takken serious if he/she is level 5.
About ad tf, I personally think my ad tf guide is much better than this one, but hey, the point is, ADC Twisted Fate IS VIABLE, but not this way.
About ap tf and ad tf MrRagDoll. Both benefit from different things. 1v1, early and mid game ad tf > ap tf, very late game, where tf has a very strong ap and lich bane, ap tf > ad tf.

Besides that can you suggest a defensive item? I had said LS is a situational item. What would you build instead. I also am not great with runes, if armor is better then it may be.
Armor seals are pretty standard, especially in bot lane where minion agro can make or break fights. I'd advise a GA instead of the second PD, perhaps.
I understand he is stronger AP, and his AD seems bad at face value, I'm just trying to show a way you can view and build him. If you would care to give me the time Ms. D, can you go into what is wrong with the items and masteries?
The 9 points in utility make no sense since you don't need mana or mana regen. Guess you could go 19/0/11 to grab the lifesteal in utility. Personally, I'd probably go with 17/13 and use hybrid pen marks + AD Quints, or maybe AS Marks even. Point is, in lane you need to poke people with that gold card so you get off a few free hits. No armour seals definitely dont fit this strategy.
