Akali The First of Shadow
There exists an ancient order originating in the Ionian Isles dedicated to the preservation of balance. Order, chaos, light, darkness -- all things must exist in perfect harmony for such is the way of the universe. This order is known as the Kinkou and it employs a triumvirate of shadow warriors to uphold its causes in the world. Akali is one of these shadow warriors, entrusted with the sacred duty of Pruning the Tree - eliminating those who threaten the equilibrium of Valoran.
A prodigal martial artist, Akali began training with her mother as soon as she could make a fist. Her mother's discipline was relentless and unforgiving, but predicated on the fundamental principle: ''We do that which must be done.'' When the Kinkou inducted her into the order at the age of fourteen, she could slice a dangling chain with a chop of her hand. There was no question - she would succeed her mother as the Fist of Shadow. She has had to do much in this role which others might find morally questionable, but to her it is in service of her mother's inviolable doctrine. She now works with her fellows Shen and Kennen to enforce the balance of Valoran. This hallowed pursuit has unsurprisingly led the triumvirate to the Fields of Justice.

Mark of the Assassin - Akali spins her kama at a target enemy to deal magic damage and mark the target for 6 seconds. Akali's melee attacks against a marked target will trigger and consume the mark to cause additional damage and restore Energy.
Akali throws her kama at a target enemy to deal 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.4) magic damage and mark the target for 6/6/6/6/6 seconds.
Akali's melee attacks against a marked target will consume the mark to cause 50/75/100/125/150 (+0.4) magic damage and restore 20/25/30/35/40 Energy.
Twilight Shroud - Akali throws down a cover of smoke. While inside the area, Akali gains Armor and Magic Resist and becomes stealthed. Attacking or using abilities will briefly reveal her. Enemies inside the smoke have their Movement Speed reduced.

Enemies inside the smoke are slowed by 14/18/22/26/30%.
Crescent Slash - Akali flourishes her kamas, dealing damage based on her Attack Damage and Ability Power.

Shadow Dance - Akali moves through shadows to quickly strike her target, dealing damage and consuming an Essence of Shadow charge. Akali recharges Essence of Shadow charges both periodically and upon kills and assists, max 3 stacks.

Akali stores an Essence of Shadow on kills and assists as well as every seconds up to 3/3/3 total.
1/1/1 Essence of Shadow
Twin Disciplines - Upon obtaining 20 Ability Power, Akali's basic attacks deal 8% bonus magic damage, increasing by 1% for every 6 Ability Power gained thereafter.
Upon obtaining 10 Bonus Attack Damage, Akali gains 8% Spell Vamp, increasing by an additional 1% for every 6 Bonus Attack Damage gained thereafter.
You can use runes and masteries to trigger her passive.
Akali excels at killing weaker characters. Let your team initiate and then strike at the people in the back.
Find the balance between storing Essence of Shadows, and using Shadow Dance before having max charge
Use Twilight Shroud to slow the enemy or to escape.
Use Flash to run or to get closer.
Pros & Cons

(for level 1-6)
This summoners spells are the best
for a account with level 1-6
because at level 7
you have Ignite.
(for level 12-30)
I recommended this summoners spells because is very good
to kill an enemies with very low hp
and to escape from a gang.
(for level 7-11)
This combo spell is good to hunt
and catch an enemies
but not so good for escape.
If your account level is <12 this is the best
summoners spells for Akali.

If a enemy try to escape use Shadow Dance+ Twilight Shroud(to slow the enemy)

8/10: This items is good if you do some kills or assist.
9/10: Is a low-priced how give you some ability power and spell vamp(good for Akali).
9/10: This boots is very good against melee enemies but is useless against AP enemies.
Why Doran's Blade/Boots of Speed?
1. Good for Survival at the start of game.
2. +3% life steal allow you to recover more fast your hp.
3. activates Twin Disciplines.
1. Is useless after level 10.
2. You lost at the start of game approx 150 gold.
Boots of Speed:
1. Give you +50 movement speed who allw you to escape more easily.
2. Will remain you 125 gold for 3x Health Potion.
3. More mobility for Mark of the Assassin.
1. Low hp at start of the game.
I will recomended Doran's Blade if you don't have rune to active Twin Disciplines and Boots of Speed if you have rune and are good with Akali.

Why 7x Greater Mark of Attack Damage?
-is very simple; 7x Greater Mark of Attack Damage+ Brute Force =approx. 10 attack damage=>active Twin Disciplines and 7.94% spell vamp(I test this).
Why 7x Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power+2x Greater Glyph of Ability Power and no 9x Greater Glyph of Ability Power?
-I don't recommend 9x Greater Glyph of Ability Power because:
*9x Greater Glyph of Ability Power=approx. 9 ability power.(but is good for mega burst at start game and to active the second passive at level 1).
*2x Greater Glyph of Ability Power+7 Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power=approx. 23 ability power(at level 18) and with 3x Greater Quintessence of Ability Power you have active the second passive at level 5-7.
