how to use it?
R. use your skills to get the stacks, your Q don't waste mana if kill minion, E is like 2 mana, use your Q E a lot, use W only when the enemy is really close or when you already stunned his *** with Q or R

Q. this **** with spellvamp is amazing.(stun for dummies)

W. the range of an autoatack in area and hella damages.(instastun).

E. thrift store thornmail that adds stacks for sweet stun.

R. long range big area for that sweet adc.(instastun) and many more...
