WTF is this? Annie has low cds =/ why stack cdr its a waste of runes and a waste of money, also having force of nature? I was like: ARE U SERIOUS? that stuff doesnt even work for off-tanks so why does an AP carry has it? Sorry dude this sucks. :/

Okay, I'm really trying to give contructive criticsm here.
As a follow guide writer I fully understand the fact that people simply "downvote" without leaving a comment. This is annoying and doesn't help in anyway. So here is my criticsm.

Quoted:
This build is great End Game. It has a lot of power for quick kills and assisting in team battles. The major downfall to this build is that in Early Game, you do die a lot and it is hard to stop your deaths from stack up and YOU get blamed for FEEDING, being a NOOB, and losing the game.

If you even write THIS in your guide, then you are obviously doing something wrong. As an Annie, kills are your friends and deaths are your foes. You can't afford to die. And YES it is ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT for dieing. If I see an Annie building Force of Nature with 0/2 I consider this trolling.

Runes
I can understand your rune choices. Although AP/mana per5/MrPen and MrPen quints are a MUCH better choice, CDR on PEW PEW Annie is a nice gimmick, but not good.

Masteries
  • Offense: Normal caster choice
  • Good Hands>Perseverence. More to that in forums
  • Longer Buffs>Mediation>Gold per sec>Expanded Mind

Summoner Spells
Annie needs at least ONE Utility and ONE Offense spell
Not two utility. I can understand Ghost. Sometimes, 30 more Movement Speed could save once lifes, but flash saves your lifes and gives you a 99% guaranteed kill.
Flash and Ignite are the top notch summoner spells on Annie in the current metagame.

Finally, ITEMS
Doran's Ring - It's okay. Although Boots+3 HP pots or Amplifying Tome are MUCH better choices.
Kage's Lucky Pick - A no-no. You don't need that "gold". An average game lasts 30 minutes. You get 0.5G per sec. You can sell an Item at 1/2 price. So to get ANYTHING from it you need to have it ~13Minutes. This is just not worth it on Annie. This cost 765G and you get loosy 25 AP. That means you get 1 AP for 30G. Even an Abyssal Mask will give you 1 AP for 37 gold. But with abyssal you have more AP, more magic ressist and make more damage due to MrRedu.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Why? A good jungler/team will always give the blue buff to the AP Carry. So with these boots+CDR runes you will have an overkill CDR. Max CDR is 40%. So either use MrPen RUNES or MrPen shoes. I prefer both. I have enough CDR with blue buff.

Tear of the Goddess
I'm not a huge fan of this, but together with Archangel's Staff and your base mana it can give you 117AP on it's own.

Force of Nature
WHY? For the 8% movement speed? oO, just use your brain and position yourself better. You won't outrun ANYone with just 8%.
For the 0.35% hp/5 ? With your build you will have 2216HP. This will give you 78,78HP/5secs. Means that this will give you 15,7HP each sec. As an AP-Carry you will find yourself focused very often. You will be down in around 3secs, if caught. So this will give you an effective 47HP....
I prefer a Rod of Ages. This will give you more HP and more AP. The mana is not important but in combination with your Archangel's Staff this Item alone will give you juice 101,75 AP. nice.
But maybe you buy this for the Mr? 76 Mr...whew. You know why I like Annie over every other AP champ? The fact that she DOESN'T NEED Mr/Ar. She as a shield which gives her 50 Mr/Ar. That's more than enough, but to make it mathematically:
The formula for damage reduction is 100 / (100 + MR)
25 MR → Damage Multiplier = 100 / (100 + 25) = 100 / 125 = 0.8=20%damage reduction.
With your build you will have 106 MR +50 from shield=156Mr
Without FoN you will have 30Mr+50Mr from Shield=80Mr
156Mr=60,9% damage reduction.
80Mr=44,4% damage reduction.
Are 16% damage reduction worth an Item slot and 2610gold? 16% damage reduction means 1684 more HP. Yes it's a lot. BUT if you are attacked you fail at Annie. Annie shouldnt be seen in the first place. Annie is there, but not really. If you feel the need to buy Mr reduction you fail at Annie. I'm sorry but it's the truth. The only exception is a really good enemie team. And with really good I don't mean 1200 Elo boasting that last hitting is for noobs and pushing is everything. QQ. But there are a LOT better Items. Like Quicksilver Sash. Force of Nature is a TANK Item. An Item for those who life long enough to profit from its passive. Who need to get from one fight to another. Who can't afford to blue pill if the enemie is pushing. For Annie it's as worthless as a fully stacked Bloodthirster.

Void Staff
Good Item, gives a huge bonus to your damage output.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter
More health, good amount of AP, good amount of HP and a slow that equals Ashe's.

Rabadon's Deathcap
Core on every caster, but way too late. It's neccessary to surprise the enemies with the 182AP that Item offers you. Late game good enemies will already have a good amount of resistances so the 30% are stil noticeable but not enough to kill the enemies.
Rushing a Deathcap is one of the best things you can do. Imagine there is an Annie who rushes Deathcap right after her boots. So by the time they have their deathcap you wont even have Force of Nature. So you have 40AP and the enemie has 201,5AP. Notice something? He will kill you for sure. And that multiple times. So while you lack behind, the enemy will be superior to you throughout the game, even thoguh you killed him once in the lane phase. Your team will loose and that would be your fault.

I'm sorry but I need to -1 this guide. This is not a good Annie build/guide
I'm sorry
