First comment!!!! Right, to start off, I'm going to tell you to turn on comment to vote. :P It's found on that floating panel to the right of your screen when you're introducing new chapters into your guide, you should have the option of ticking on "Require comment to vote". This will help against people just voting your guide down for no other reason than "lul sucks 2 be u". Anyways, moving onto the actual guide, I don't understand why you post-pone maxing Noxian Diplomacy until level 14 instead of level 13, not that it makes a huge difference.

Runes are all good, your first 3 items are all good too. But I'd like to ask you if you really think that the armor pen from Last Whisper is necessary so early into the game? AP carries won't usually build armor until they get Zhonya's Hourglass, which is usually quite late into their build, and AD carries don't usually build armor until Guardian Angel, which is usually the last item in their build. In my opinion it would be better to upgrade your BF sword into either a bloodthirster or an infinity edge.

Might I also suggest you delay your youmuu's ghostblade? You're paying 1350 gold for 5 more AD, 5 more armor pen, and 5% more CDR, which isn't much. If you were going for a The Bloodthirster instead, you'd be paying the same amount of gold ( seeing as you already have a BF sword ) for 15 more AD, and 1 AD per minion kill, which is quite a lot considering Rake will kill caster minions in one cast.

Your choice of boots is good, so is Infinity Edge. However, Frozen Mallet I'm not a huge fan of, when used on Talon. It just doesn't give you that much damage, and the passive isn't very helpful, considering your burst is meant to kill people in one shot anyway, so there's no need to slow them. Trinity Force is also a very cost inefficient item, and I dislike the idea of getting it on Talon. It's a very long explanation, so if you want to know why, read "Trinity Force Vs The Bloodthirster" in my own Talon guide. That should help you see why I don't think any Talon should be taking it. And by the time you finish your build, you don't have a single The Bloodthirster, which is the highest source of AD you can get, therefore the best item for Talon's burst. So all in all, I'm not a huge fan of the build, but it's decent.

The aesthetics of your guide could also be better, I suggest that you read jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide to help you with that. I'll just point out though that in various places of your guide you place an image of one of your skills, when you could simply do this: Noxian Diplomacy, Cutthroat, Rake, Shadow Assault, etc. To do this, you simply enclose the name of each spell within 2 brackets on each side, as so:

Hi, thanks for the fedback, changed the "comment to vote" thing, and you are right with maxing Noxian diplomacy at 13, was a little mistake, alredy edited. Now, i think geting Last whisper early really works on talon, so does in panth, since ppl will at least have 80 armor, and 40% of that are 32 armor pen, thats a good amount of early armor pen, +40 damage helps a lot too. And since it's a regular cheap item, i think is'nt a bad idea geting it early to maximize all the ad skill's damage on both talon and panth. I get early youmuu not for the +5 armor pen and that things, i do it cause somethings you found yourself chasing ppl or escaping and you dont have enough mov speed to do it, so the youmuu active helps a lot, and the atack speed helps too bc sometimes you can only kill a tankier champ like Gankplank or Udyr, so autoatacking fast after doing the full combo helps too, but i will think about it since you got a good point. I actually dont like Bloodthirster on talon, since as i said, and as i play him, got a lot of chances to die, and losing stacks all the time melt down your game, and the lifesteal is'nt really necesary. Frozen mallet and trinity force, i get them both for the Hp, and trinity gives also mov. speed, crit chances that works with Infinity edge and youmuu, damage and the sheen's passive, that works with Noxian diplomacy, i tought the same thing before, trinity is very expensive, and it doesnt worth the gold it takes, but then i noticed is always better than another last item, cause when i reach full build, gold keeps there doing nothing. So as 6° item, and since im not going to use the gold after, i think is not a bad choice. But i will think about frozen mallet. I really dont find another item that can help more, but will reconcider geting Blood thirster instead. Thank you very much for the answer and will change the code's thing 1 of this days. That will happen because you don't have enough Attack Damage.And you said good that youumu's help you with it's active.Use this to run or to chase but not to take down tanky champions.Why are you going for tanky champions if you are an assassin?As an assassin you should kill the carries not the tanks, offtanks or tanky champions.I was taking Frozen Mallet and Trinity Force because it was giving me health.First I stopped taking Trinity Force then [[frozen mallet].Why?
This items help you not being a glasscannon.But however glasscannon Talon works well because you should be able to burst your target down and then escape.If you would take Frozen Mallet your burst won't be so strong,same for Trinity Force.And if your burst won't be so strong,you will be trapped inside the enemy team.
The aesthetics can be changed and your guide would be much better.
