Ap nidalee is a strong pick if you go for a poke heavy team. nidalee is a great burster with her spear into cougar form and quickly pounce into takedown and swipe, besides that she s also a great roamer if you use her passive correct roaming down bot lane can reward you many easy kills on the squishy AD's

runes can vary alot, it all depends on what you play agianst and how your specific playstyle is, going MP5 yellows isnt bad for at lane that doesnt poke with AD even though i recommend going with armor runes since your first item will be tear so you wont have many issues

Flash Barrier is a great opsion for nidalee since she needs to get in the middle of the first to take someone down with har at form, you can also go ignite flash or even Barrier Ignite if you want to go really aggressive

Nidalee is great for a poke heavy team, going with a top laner like jayce makes harrasing when trying to push tower insanely easy. Nidalee is very squishy early and needs melee range to use all her abilitys and therefore gets targetted alot, so going with people like Lulu who can ulti her when she jumps in makes it more fun to play

Nidalee can jump some of the walls in the map ETC. bluebuff walls, the way you do it is very simple you just run straight towards it and when u get lose you press Pounce this makes chasing nidalee very hard because you can combine walljumping with her passive to annoy the enemies
