Good Hands is ****. Why would you even get ONE point in Mental Force . This is the very worst mastery out there.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter is wasted on Lux and Morello's Evil Tome should not be taken.
Q first is 2x better because they do the same damage at level 1 and Q is CC.
This guide is annoying to read with the little amounts of BBCoding.

Great build i cant believe people would go kages but i see it all the time, doesnt make me the happiest person to realise they have to have it for 25 minutes before it can actually generate more gold than it cost
