I put her in extreme cause of her jump,she can go inside your passive range and blast you hard, keep your Q the longer you can to have an escape route otherwise you are gone.

Champion Build Guide
Early game
Start with the usual supp mage item and the 2 pot. In lane, beofre lvl 2 you don't have much to fight with without the Q or W. with no item you dont deal much damage too, but youve got your ADC, if you land a Q on a full health target just proc the electrocute if possible and back off. I don't think you win agains't most matchup in the early game so the poke is the best you can offer, but if there is a fight, Q then back to the W range and AA to deal the most of your damage, if you hit the 2 ennemy with the W its optimal.
