Its a good build, not the best but it works

too much focus on magic resistence. I don't see much effort put towards offensive ability until it's too late.

You're right about Blitz improving much by taking Cdr, it would be a mistake not to get them. :)

I like how much detail you put into your build. The sections are well-organized. I especially love the section "Who/When to Grab." It's really nice to see builds that detail not only which items to purchase but also how to play the character. You have done both. Congrats on that!

As for the build itself... I like it! I see you've tried to make Blitz a hard to kill tank. However, may I suggest Ionian Boots of Lucidity instead of boots of swiftness. You are maxing out on the Rocket Grab first, so it would make more sense to be able to lower the cooldown as much as possible for this as well as Blitz's other abilities. If you think about it, the more cooldown you have, the more you can spam your abilities. Regardless, I give you a +1!
