Hello! Im glad to see you've decided to take interest in rakan, so a general rule of thumb here is that he can do everything decently. But if you compare him to other dedicated supports he isn't near best in class for essentially anything (Unless you count being half bird, but swain has some competition on that end). Overall Rakan is a very good pick if you enjoy being able to do everything and potentially change how games play on entirely on your own depending on how you play in certain situations.

Pros

1. He is very versatile and can basically build anything
2. Insane playmaking value
3. Very good roaming and gank potential
4. Potent CC combos
5. Consistently safe engages (if team is around)

Cons

1. Relatively squishy if not dedicated building tank
2. Can be hard to know what to build in some games
3. May feel lacking in some aspects
4.A mild learning curve (not really)
