I don't really agree with who he is good against: just because he has a reveal doesn't mean that he is their ultimate counter and beats pretty badly. Also, your skill order is pretty weird.

Lots of coding errors

You have red "-"s in your pros
you need to use the {center} command in some areas
expand on summoner spells
expand on masteries
warmigs is not a good choice in the current meta, maybe go for a Ravenous Hydra as an option if you are snowballing
where is the option for double Doran's Blade?
you need chapter headers and more detailed and precicely placed images and dividers
