Take what ever runes and masteries you take, that's your preference. The core part of this is the build, the rest is all preference. This build leaves you with the last item being open to anything you feel you need.

This build gives you about 500ish move speed around towers, and captain allows you to share this speed, aiding the team. This speed is great for chasing, and the Deadman's is great to slow the enemy. The move speed is also useful when running to save allies with E and Face of the Mountain. It is even good when things go south and you need to escape, Walk near a tower and just keep running down the lane to get that 500 move speed escape.

A KEY PART is that your E increase your move speed during the duration, so you can go VERY FEST

The ZZ'Rot gives you a large amount of move speed as well as high resistances, and the active aids your team. Use to to push a tower or place it in another lane to create pressure.
