Introduction

Why does this build work? This build is stacked around Titanic Hydra, Titanic does more damage based on your maximum health. To be specific, the cone on hit and active all scale from % max hp. On-hit scales 1%, cone scales 2.5$, and active scales 10%. This build also uses Grasp of the Undying which does magic damage every 4 seconds in combat equal to 3% of you maximum HP.

The Math:
End build gives you 4377 HP.
Titanic Active: 477.7 (40+10% Hp)
Titanic On-Hit: 48.77 (5+1% Hp)
Titanic Cone : 149.43 (40+2.5% Hp)
Grasp damage : 131.31 (3% Hp)
Grasp heal : 168.07 (3% Hp * 28% (Masteries and Spirit Vissage))

This means that Q-Crit of ~400 Damage + Titanic Active is well over 850 Damage alone. Add in a dead man's proc and a grasp of the undying proc and you'll deal a solid chunk of an enemy health bar.

Pros / Cons

Time to list the Pro's and the Con's.

Pro's

  • Extremely Tanky
  • A lot of AD, and Mobility
  • Can still burst
  • Good sustained fights
  • Able to team fight
  • Able to split push

Cons
  • Lot's of health makes True Damage less effective
  • Around 62% Damage Reduction from resistance, makes a lot of effective health
  • Lots of health makes % Max Enemy HP really strong against you (Kindred, BortK)
  • Low Resistances makes Penetration effective against you

Runes

Runes are a bit different than standard Shaco Runes. I'd recommend you take the ones at the top of the guide (the ones with a * beside them here), however here I alternative runes I had success with on this build.

Seals:

  • 9 Scaling Armor
  • 9 Flat Armor
  • 9 Scaling HP*

Glyphs:
  • 6 Flat CDR + 3 Scaling CDR*
  • 9 Scaling Magic Resist

Quints:
  • 3 Attack Damage*
  • 3 Attack Speed

Masteries

Wouldn't stray too far from what I have laid out. Certain things can definitely be interchanged such as:

  • Expose weakness for Double Edged Sword.
  • Explorer for Tough Skin.
  • Legendary Guardian for Swiftness.
  • And Oppressor for Bounty Hunter.
