This ashe build is heavily focused on bursting damage coming from crit, shiv passive, ult and bork active. It is fighting heavy build but will get the same amount of damage as usual in late game. You should play safe before getting cutlass and ult, but try to get some auto attack or w poke on the enemy. preferably you can have annie or some other support with high burst or kill potential at 6.
PROS: This build enables out-bursting enemy adcs after getting ult and bork (graves not encluded) and gives power early when ashe is weak. Bork gives also a little mobility so she might be able to escape some ganks.
CONS: killing tanks in mid game can be difficult because you need expensive items early and lw isn't optimal before getting shiv and if you get it after shiv you will lack the defensive itemization. Hard to be able to deal damage if gets behind
