This build is a decent build you will be tanky and with items like Crystal Specter and torment it will proved some AP and HP, to increase your ULT DMG. Your opponents will be very less mobile to escape, and will burn as they try to escape or fight, with Torment and Crystal Specter your torments burn should do 4% burn dmg for 3 sec. if you go down ferocity your have evening a much high power burn dmg. Sunfire Cape will burn them as they stay near since frozen mallet, Crystal Scepter, his Q,R, can slow , they find them self not able to escape on top of his passive. Buy your Elixir anytime but i try to buy win my build complete or almost, a early game with it will help your lane out very will, with it U.P which allows your friends to speed up behind you like Galio's E. will slow you to engage/disengage or chase down your opponent same as Flash
