Volibear is an aggressive top laner with much potential to rape. He is a very good solo top. The best counters to him are AD carries, which you won't have much trouble with. Volibear really shines early game when you are super aggressive. Once you reach level 3, you can kill almost any champion. I have only gone OOM once, and i got a lot of kills.
NOTE:Use Volibear's bite when the enemy is at low health, or just to harass when they are retreating.

If Stunned, then worthless
Gets focused down
Is Very range dependent
People will not want to come out of tower range

Volibear looks very powerful and is powerful. He can counter many top laners, but needs to be in range to succeed. I hope this build helps. If anyone tells you that Volibear is a complete tank and shouldn't be building attack speed, Just report them because they are stupid.
