Don't be a scrub when using Power Chord. Q is best for lane phase, but you should only use it if you see a killing opportunity. For example,if an assassin is on your carry's face just you should be lowering their damage with W chord. If you can land a good Crescendo and Q chord to get kill potential that's fine too.
