I hope you're joking. O.o This guide is horrible. It was written based on my pre-30 and 900 Elo experiences, and back then I thought it was good just because it worked against horrible players. Don't get me wrong, Midwick can be good if played well, but this is certainly not the way to look at Midwick. :P

I'm currently writing a guide on solo top Warwick though, so you can keep your eyes open for when I release that.

I've personally found for a while now that tanky Warwick is best. Refer to the third build.

wow this here is since last year talk about me being late right lol... but any way i jus wanted to say that i'm a huge warwick famn and right now he's my main champ i'm kinda good with him but i usaully build him tanky with lots of defense so it'll be easier to turret dive during late game...never actuallused him at mid but i think amma give it a shot the build looks pretty convincing so amma go for it then repost my results.

And they got to 2k Elo trolling? Getting to 2k Elo isn't easy, you need to be good, you need to take good picks, you need to do things that will actually win you matches. Some people troll at 2k Elo because they made it to that Elo once, so they can easily do it again. It doesn't change the fact that ranked is the most competitive game mode there is, even in solo queue. Granted, it isn't as competitive as pre-made 5v5's, but it's still competitive. Because that's the whole point of ranked, playing competitively, doing your best and forcing your team to do their best, to climb up the Elo ladder and get to the top.

Really? Go watch 2k elo streams, theres a bunch of people who troll and pick stuff like fiddles, yi, katarina, and other stuff you don't see because its just not good on a serious competitive level. Scarra is well known for his katarina play yet he never picks it in a tournament. Theres a reason you've never seen midwick in a TOURNAMENT game. Many people have said that everything works in solo queue, and its true. I'm sure guardsmanbob could get on a team if he really wanted to and its nice you use a similar build, but midwick isnt something that is good on a tournament level. Tournament matches are not even close to solo queue in terms of competitiveness.

Guardsmanbob is a great player but hes a solo queue player. Solo queue =/= competitive.

...Ranked is competitive. Whether it be solo queue or pre-made.

On what grounds is this competitive lol, against any competent team in a tournament anyone playing midwick with this build would get trashed.

I guess guardsman bob is 513 Elo then, huh? considering we use almost identical builds.

When I take Warwick mid I always get Chalice of Harmony. I find it just great for warwick. Why don't you use it or at least mention it in your guide?

btw, I don't ever upgrade the chalice, but early game I just find it to good on a midwick.

Because this guide is way too outdated for my beliefs. I'm working on a new guide for WW and will archive this one when I've finished it. In that guide, I will make sure to mention Chalice of Harmony, which is great for Warwick on both top and mid. But I wouldn't include it in the main build because quite frankly, in most games I can do great without it. And considering it's just an item to sell later on when you get out of early game, then what's the point in buying it if you don't even need it early-game?

But it still is a great item for Warwick, so I'll be sure to mention it. Don't be keeping your eyes open for my new guide either, it's been in the making since the 22nd of April, but I'm taking it real slow and just making it in my spare time when I'm bored, alongside a re-make of my Talon guide. So they're both gonna be taking a while, as I very rarely work at them, and when I do, I'm splitting my time anong the two. :P
