Hi my name is mercykilling101 I'm new to Mobafire but definitely not to league. I made this guide to give you a few tips on how to play Darius.

With Darius masteries like him are fairly simple. You will want to get for tier attack damage runes, tier 3 armor runes since most top lanes are ad, and tier 3 cool down reduction runes or magic resist that one is completely optional. And for the quintessences you will want only tier 3 greater attacks. That is all for the runes.

For items its whether you want to go all out damage or tanky damage which I recommend. Tanky damage with Darius I find is better because he can last in the fights longer and get more done in team fights and 1 v 1s. So the items are First Black Cleaver. Second in sequence is titanic hydra. third is Spirit visage or Dead mans(depeneds on what the other team mainly consist of). Fourth is Sterak's Gage because it gives health, damage, and a shield. Fifth you will most likely want either Frozen mallet or warmogg's armor. And lastly you will want the long forgotten Entropy because it is very beneficial.

Darius has a fairly simple skill sequence. At lvl 1 you will want to get your q first. Then at lvl 2 you will want to get your e which is your pull and gives you armor penetration. At lvl 3 you will get w which is your damage and slow but has a long cooldown. Now for the rest of the game you will max your q out first because of the amazing heal it gives you, and the great damage it deals when you hit them with the blade. At six of course you get your ultimate which is the true damage. Now this move goes with your passive Hemorrhage, and the more you stack your passive the more your ult does so try to get as much damage as possible off. Your second move to max out would be your w because, its a good source of damage and also its slow is good for the stacks you give them. Lastly you get your e last because upgrading it only gives you armor penetration. So that's pretty much all you need to know for the item sequence for top lane Darius.
