Introduction: A Counter to the Current Bot-lane Meta.

I'm putting the magic back in bot lane. Let's get it on, TEEMO-OOO! Insite the wrath of your enemies, they can do nothing to stop your terror, except Rito plz no nurf, because now he has a support, with an Abyssal. That's like 20% more magic up in here. With the advance technologies your enemy must build mr early, thus reducing their damage output, if they don't build any MR, well that's where the real magic happens. Did you know that if a character in league of legends has less than 0MR, they take bonus damage, >1% true damage for every -1MR, crazy right. Wit's end on top of that helps you stay alive in teamfights.

This duo controls lane phase, and the extra levels should be exploited. And because of the MR shred the opponent only hurts themselves if they lane swap.

More explanations to come, but I need some help, I'm looking for anyone that wants to help me record some games with this duo.

Also, addressed to Riot: if you'd like to see this kind of diversity enter the meta. Altering Teemos Blinding Dart to an auto attack buff, not reset, that adds for 1 basic attack: blind on hit( for the durations you currently have), and a range extension to the basic attack to the range blinding dart is now. That would make this diversification truly viable.
