Thats my first guide , its a little bit sort on details.
Thats my way for Fizz. Im cosidering it the perfect build , high mobility , one shot , burst damage.

Items

Liandrys´s Torment it´s a high risk-high reward item , I insist on using that item for the magic penetration it provides , and not for the DoT.
Combined with Void Staff and Sorcere´s boots provides a high burst on tanks late game.

Skill Sequence

As for skills I´m prefering the W+Q combo , at the moment , with the thunder lord decree it provides the highest damage on fizz , coming out of nowhere.
Maxing W first is vital after that , level 13 lies ahead with Q on its just madness damage.
