Introduction

My name is moto, and I main Jarvan IV. I have a good win percentage on him, and think that I have a decent enough understanding of him to make a guide. Enjoy!

This is my first build guide and I'm not incredibly savvy on the system yet, I plan on editing this guide in the future if you guys want, any feedback or advice is welcomed.

Pros / Cons

Pros
-Heavy initiate
-Very tanky
-Can be built for damage
-Ultimate synergy with other champions
-Can jump walls

Cons
-Mana dependent early
-Little sustain absent jungle items
-Shield isn't great

Runes

Marks
-6 Armor penetration runes
-3 Flat AD runes
These marks go well with Jarvan IV because they allow for the most early game damage on him as possible.

Glyphs
-9 Glyphs of scaling magic resist
or
-9 Glyphs of flat magic resist
You can take either one, standard tank runes.

Seals
-9 Seals of flat armor
Standard tanky runes for early game jungle clearing

Quints
-3 quints of flat AD
More damage
