Well to win this match up try to tilt him when you only have W, and just spam him behind your minions the point to win that champion is not to chase you. For example if he tries to chase you just respect him and dont trade him, when he has R deny him and just ward jump and leave or to a minion. Stuck your Con and then destroy him!
