Champions

As Jungle Ekko, you must be very wary of being counter jungled. I find Lee Sin a real problem as he will over power me if he comes into my jungle. Although, he is easy to 1v1 after six.
Champions that are ranged and have a snare/stun will beat you pre 6. You can stick onto nearly every champion except for Lissandra ect. Dodge the snares after 6 and you will win.

Jungling

I usually like to camp one lane, usually the good one (aka Sam). Diving is easy if you plan your W and control your R well. If you don't get a lot of farm, you should have a lot of assists and kills. If you're fed early, go for a more damage item like Crystal Scepter.
