You get more AD with Greater Mark of Attack Damage and roughly the same amount Attackspeed with 3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed.
"Vayne has shred." -> She deals %max health damage.
You talk about mechanic but I checked your profile. It seems like you can't out-cs your opponent eventhough you think, you are gold IV.
Look at your games! Seriously you only get like 15 cs at 5 minutes and 50 at 20 minutes average. That's not good enough for someone playing ADC. You need at least 70 CS at minute 10. A general rule.
Also read this Guide to winning. Maybe you will realize why it's so bad to have just a few last hits at 20 minutes.
"But, Vayne has a 450 range" -> It's 550 range.
"her abilities scale with levelling" -> her abilities scale with levels
Revive doesn't even exist anymore.
Skill priority R>Q>W>E -> It means you always skill your ultimate whenever possible and max else like always.
Why not sometimes consider w over q?
YOU SHOULD LEVEL YOUR ULT AT LEVEL 6, 11 AND 16!
The bonus AD of Final Hour is way too good as well the chasing power it has. You can't just pass it up.
"Silver Bolts (W): Silver Bolts is a true (armor-pen) damage proc that hits for small flat damage and a percent of the enemy's max HP. This is used for potential damage stacking with Tumble, and for shredding tanks in fights. However, it's not strong enough to tank-shred with on it's own always."
-> I don't get this part. It will be always be good against health stacker. And true damage ignores the target's resistance so you don't need to write armor pen.
I wouldn't rush Avarice Blade because you don't get any benefits out of it. You may crit once but the crit isn't this strong because you have such a low amount AD. So you will only get one strong hit and that's it. Vampiric Scepter or Bilgewater Cutlass gives you far more sustain and really important TRADING POWER. When you get back to lane after your first back you will be level 6. At 6 Vayne has such a strong duelling power, stronger than most level 6 ADCs. If you can coordinate well with your support or jungler it should be an easy kill. And sustain is better to survive the poke of the enemy support. You can last hit way more which is the safest way to get much money!
Late game core is Last Whisper or even mid game hence I build it on every ADC as 3rd or 4th item because everyone gets naturally Armor per level and everyone builds armor. I would put Phantom Dancer in the core if you aren't even building Infinity Edge. The stats are great and boost your damage output more than Zephyr. Get rather Mercury's Treads or Banshee's Veil.
And I think Infinity Edge boost your damage output so much more. It should be core.
LATE GAME IS ABOUT OBJECTIVES. WINNING THE GAME MEANS DESTROYING THE NEXUS NOT KILLING THE SUPPORT.

My repetitiveness was a little over the edge. Still have some in the new 5.9 adaptation, but it's not as bad as earlier. Plus, it's detailed on matchups.
