Rising Spell Force (passive)
Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's abilities increases his attack speed for several seconds. Increases attack speed by 15% for 6 seconds(Max Stacks: 5)
-I use this to farm creeps and take down towers by constantly using mystic shot to build it up to 5 stacks as your attack speed goes up quite a bit.
Ezreal fires a bolt of energy dealing 40/65/90/115/140 plus 100% of his attack damage as physical damage (applies on-hit effects).
Ezreal's cooldowns are reduced by 1 second if Mystic Shot hits a target.
Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds
Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Mana
-I use this to harass early game and to farm late game, also it is a nice finish if you use it after trueshot barrage. Mystic shot has an on hit effect so will proc lichbane when fired then apply the damage when it hits so will also do a big chunk of damage once you get lich bane.
Ezreal fires a wave of energy that damages all enemy champions it passes through for 75/125/175/225/275 (+0.6). Affected ally and enemy champions have their attack speed respectively hasted or slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 10/10/10/10/10 seconds
Cost: 80/90/100/110/120 Mana
-Now this is your main attack. It will do a hefty amount of damage. I use it whenever the enemy is behind creeps farming and stopped moving. It has pretty long range and a pretty nice cool down.
Ezreal teleports to a target nearby location and fires a homing arrow at the nearest enemy unit dealing 80/130/180/230/280 (+0.75) magic damage.
Cooldown: 17/15/13/11/9 seconds
Cost: 90/90/90/90/90 Mana
-This is your other main damage dealer in fights. It does alot of damage but only to the closest enemy target so you have to be careful that you hit the right target. I use it to either move closer to the enemy to get a good shot with essence flux to do a two shot or I use it to hit the enemy as I run to get out of the way.
Ezreal channels for 1 second to fire a barrage of missiles dealing 350/500/650 (+1) magic damage to each unit it passes through. However, it deals 8% less damage for each unit it hits (Minimum 30%).
Cooldown: 100/100/100 seconds
Cost: 150/150/150 Mana
-This does insane amounts of damage and hits everything in its path. It will cut all enemies HP in half or even further and help win team fights. I usually wait till they are all in one area (usually hitting our tank or carry) then fire and help clean up by chasing down low hp opponents and heal my allies with Essence Flux
when playing ezreal in the early game its best if you dont go too far from your turret knowing that you are a vurnerable champion. farm money and exp on minions and try to harres or deal finnishing blows to champions. also when you have tear of goddess use skills as much as possible since your max manna will go up.
you should have your ultimate and quite some items now. at this time you can go and kill some champions and once you klled some champions go push with your team but still be carefull for ganks sicne you are still a vurnerable champion.
in the end of the game you should have (almost) all the items now your skills will be very powerfull if you haven't already noticed. so now you can easily kill champions. deal the finnishing blow to the enemy and win the game. WARNING: i can't say it enough you are vurnerable so WATCH OUT FOR GANKS!
