This build is an AP Ezreal..A build that makes all AD Ezreal users switch to an AP type Ezreal because of its Spam with Lich Bane..

Less effective if alone..
Must be in mid or else hard to farm..

These runes are just for the AP and his mid laning skills for a good advantage..
AP runes makes his Arcane Shift a good first blood to enemies..and bonus EXP's and additional health..

Just go for utility and cd reductions for his skills..AP masteries are helpfull too so pick them up..get clairvoyance for his ult and flash in deceiving and positioning his skills..

First go get for Meki Pendant and 2 health pots for its mana regenaration and health besides you're going mid..if you're going in top lane and bottom lane, go get for sapphire crystal for Catalyst and skip meki..Then spam minions with your Mystic Shot. When you have enough money to buy catalyst and a boots then buy it ASAP for ganking..Now you're allowed to gank, some says when you're a ganker, you should have Mejai because of its stacks but nevermind about it cause this build got its own styles..

Mid game you should have, Sorcerer Shoes, Teardrop, RodO***es and a Sheen..This build is a build for preparing for Rabaddon..Farming minions and killing champions are the best thing..Use your Clairvoyance for last hitting with your ult when they're near death..Then go get Needless..
After you made you're Rabaddon, ASAP build Archangel staff for a massive AP!!

LAte game, SShoes,Archangel,ROA,Rabaddon and Sheen.Now is the time for the real action. Go build your Lich Bane and try using your Mystic Shot..With your large amount of AP, this is a great damage to tanks because of your damage. Just try spamming with your Essence Flux and Mystic Shot..When they are lower than 50% hp then chase them and its your KILL!!..Deathfire is an optional build but i reccommend because of its bonus damage to tanks! get this and you also have CD reduction and that makes for this build..

Just Simple, go get Mystic Shot for spamming then Arcane Shift for offensive and deffensive strategies..Then Flux for additional damage to champions.Just for the damage, Flux and Arcane must be balanced in damage so I balanced their Sequence for not abusing a skill..Even Flux is stronger than Arcane, leveling up arcane reducing it CD and leveling up flux increasing it slow and haste..so I recommend for the balanced AP skills then get Mystic Shot late game cauze its a VOILA KABOOM in that times!!
