Champion Build Guide
Intro
Hello guys welcome to my fiddlesticks guide. I am NA (XD) player, who has been playing since S9(Technically S3 but I was infant in the womb back then and play like 30 game do not remember). Through my league experience, I've tried a lot of champs. I eventually turn into shaco one trick, but after a while I asked myself, why am I doing this to myself. So I stopped playing him as much, and looked to expand my champ pool. I looked to fiddlesticks. He seemed fun, and also was an ap jungler that played somewhat like shaco(I only play AP shaco ad shaco player turbonasty). So I try him out, and the champ is amazing. And I will tell you why in this next chapter.
Why play fiddle?
So why play fiddlesticks? Well, he has his ups and downs, but he's a good champ, and has a relatively low pick and ban, with a ridiculously high winrate, around 53% in plat.
So you see, he has his pros and cons, but I think the pros are worth it.
Pros:
-
-Turbo fast clear
-Full hp for entire clear
-Cool wards
-Super simple champ
-One of best teamfight ults in game
-Lots of utility for team if behind
-Makes horse noise when ulting
Cons:
-
-Only 380ms when tier 2 boots XD
-Walking R button, useless w/o it
-Have to stand still to do all damage
-Easy to invade
-Can't buy sweeper
So you see, he has his pros and cons, but I think the pros are worth it.
Playstyle
EARLY GAME
Fiddle isn't exactly the best champ for fighting early. Sure, he can sustain to full hp while clearing, but when it comes to fighting, he has a low hp pool, and is completely immobile for most of his damage. He wants to get his ult before he can really have any impact, so early game for fiddle will be up until he gets his ult. Generally with fiddle, early game should just be about farm. Ganks can be taken, but if you get counterganked, you lose the 2v2. Try to track the enemy jungler and farm to 6. You can invade the enemy jungle when their jungler is on the other side, and try to win the early game with farm advantage, but that is about it. You should try to either control ward your own jungle, if they are invading you, or control ward theirs if you can get away with being more aggressive. And you can keep vision on their jungle quite easily, as your wards are lower CD than normal wards. Keep this up until 6, where the mid game will begin.
MID GAME
Now that mid game has begun, you can start looking for plays and picks. Continue to keep your farm up, but if there is an opportunity to fight, go for it, unless the enemy jungler is super low. You want to generally shadow your teammates, position out of sight, and if their laner or the enemy jungler engages, ult(preferably from out of vision) onto them, and win the 2v2. Look for teamfights, as that is where you shine, but be careful when you don't your ult, and try to stick to farming until its back up.
LATE GAME
Late game is like mid game, but with more risk. Generally, their team will be more equipped to deal with you late, and you have to be a lot more careful with positioning, and the fights you take. Generally, try to get good ults in teamfights, or ult on small groups of people pushing side lanes, that you know you can kill. If you are behind, instead stay back and try to peel for your carry with your immense utility and cc. Try to fear and silence anyone engaging on the carry.
