Everyone knows that Fiddlesticks is one of the hardest champions to play with, but he also is very powerful. When I first go in combat with my opponent(when he tries to farm) I use my flash(because no one expects that)then use my W+Ignite combo (some may think that's stupid, but it's actually very important during the first farming moments. When you use W+Ignite with flash your opponent will be incredibly shocked and because you will do lots of damage with W+Ignıte they will run away(you might have a chance to kill them if you have your E open). As they run you will have 10-12 minions to swallow and..... BOOM! You just got your first blood ;)
