Hello, my name is BroTyrant. Before you start going "wtf", let me explain this guide. This guide is not meant for existing players looking for a good build. It is meant for players who have just started. Hence, the missing runes and masteries. Because you can't be running over 9000 runes and masteries on a level 5 account. Otherwise I consider you hacking. This is my first guide, and I apologize in advance for any mistakes and please correct me or help me to improve this guide.

Gangplank can farm extremely well, being able to kill vast amounts of creeps quickly with his q and statik shiv. The better farmed Gangplank is, the better the outcome of the game he is in. When a enemy goes in to cs, harass him/her with Parrrley. The faster you get statik shiv, the better, as your q's can crit.

Gangplank is very useful in team fights,as a well placed ultimate can change a fight. He can also burst squishy champions, making it easier for the adc to clean up. I have been in fights where my q takes 60% of their life because I waited for statik shiv to come up so I could parrrley them. Then I helped my team reach the enemy and deal some extra damage by using raise moral.
