@DEWO If you Read Parrrley's description it uses 110% of his base damage which is why it hurts so bad the 120 damage bonus isn't that much but Infinity Edge and and the other DAMAGE bonus's add to your base damage and that's where the real Parrrley damage comes from.

Yo DEWO ive seen this work but i always had one input, take out the Tabi (you get a phantom dancer...), you dont really need them, sub in the Zerk Grieves then replace scurvy @ level 3, 5 and 7 for parrrrley (essentially, keep remove scurvy @ level one) then get scurvy @ 13, finish off parley at 14 then finish scurvy. Lifesteal is good but if its a tanky team switch off 1 of the avarice blades for a black cleaver... also would add a good amount of damage for your crit, and render characters like rammus useless. you didnt post a rune build but for runes go crit damage. Parrrley is one of the BEST harrasing skills ingame. With ability to crit (and you make this champ for dps (according from masteries and runes) than why get it soooo late?
