Introduction
Throughout Valoran, the resolve of Demacia's military is alternately celebrated or despised, but always respected. Their ''zero tolerance'' moral code is strictly upheld by civilians and soldiers alike. In combat, this means Demacian troops may not make excuses, flee, or surrender under any circumstance. These principles are espoused to their forces by unrivaled demagogues who lead by example. Garen, the valiant warrior who bears the title ''the Might of Demacia'', is the paradigm to which these leaders are compared. Thousands of great heroes have risen and fallen on the bloody battlefields between Demacia and its preeminent rival, Noxus. It was beneath their mighty banners of war that Garen first met steel with Katarina, the Sinister Blade. The infantrymen who beheld this event (and survived) commented that it seemed as though the two were locked in a mortal waltz against a symphony of clashing blades.
Garen, the pride of the Demacian military and leader of the Dauntless Vanguard, returned from this battle breathless for the first time in his career, though some speculate that this was due to reasons other than exhaustion. The plausibility of these rumors was bolstered when, in every instance thereafter, Garen seized the opportunity to encounter the Sinister Blade again. A paragon of Demacian ethic, Garen never entertained such allegations, for he knew others couldn't understand. Even simply the pursuit of a worthy opponent on the battlefield is, to a true warrior, the reason to rise each morning. The promise of one, particularly so beautifully and diametrically opposed, is the validation of his existence.

For runes I dont actually have for him, but thats what I will exactly after my other rune page. It give him good ganking stuff and remember one thing, you are the tank of the team! What your supposed to do is go out first, Tank the turrent for you team while they get the kills, trust me. Now, I know it doesnt sound fun, but your team will be so happy with you, they will actually let you ks them without them raging. But if they dont let you, just ks them with you Q and Ult, thats what he's good for right?
If you want to change the Masteries, thats fine, but this will allow ganking eaiser for your team, the runes will also help with it to, now, I havent experienced if its actually good in ganks, because I can never get into one in time, but I had one of my lvl 30 friends try it out and they liked it, and he actually got ganked by all five of the other team, and he got a pentakill, thats what the power of the Runes and Masteries combined can do.
My Item choices are comepletly ok to change, I admit, its a little hard to get, but if you can get it, at least try it if you can remember. Why I chose Atma's Impaler was because of the Passive on it,"Physical attacks deal an additional 2% of your max health in damage", another must get item would me Thornmail, because with the 30% return damge, plus the Atma's Impaler extra Damage, it will help you do Tryndamere kind of Damage, while still giving you a bunch of armor.
Always start off with Judgement, I know you would think about Q, but get E, because it just shreds in ganks, try to farm minions with you E as well when your lvl 3, by then you would have your W, you could farm when your lvls 1 and 2, but I dont recondmend it. Now, your ultimate, will not only shred it team a fight, but try to use your ultimate when the health bar has around two segaments, or aka 190-210 health if you can be exact. Try to strike at the right moment is what i'm trying to say I guess.
Of course you get exhuast for the juking, ganking, fights and all of that fun stuff, but why the Heal? Earlier I said to remember that you the tank of the team, or, atleast one of them if you have another one, it wont only heal you if you get low tanking for your team, it will also heal your teamates, and your minions, I know some of you know minions can do some decent damage by themselves, so tat would also save their extra damage for eithier the other minions that may hurt you and help kill the enemy.
