Introduction
Thanks Foggy 12 for this great signature.Hello and welcome to my first guide. Garen is on of my favorite champions. He was the first champion I played when I started playing League of Legends. I really like Garen because he can be either a tank a a DPS champion. As DPS he can deal massive amounts of damage and has a great finishing ability with his ultimate. As a tank he is very difficult to kill because of his shield and his silence is great for stopping the other teams main damage source. His passive is great for farming the lane early game. Garen is also cooldown dependent. So items like
Ionian Boots of Lucidity and The Brutalizer are great items for him. With his passive and a health potion you are able to regain a lot of health without even recalling.
Pros / Cons
-extremely difficult to kill because of his shield
Courage-good finishing moves(
Demacian Justice and Judgment)-strong early game
-Great chaser/escape with q ability
Decisive Strike-can stay in the lane for a long time with his passive
PerseveranceTanking cons:
-Less damage with tank build compared to DPS
-has no ability to save a team mate
-no CC other than his silence
