Ezreal
One of the hardest lanes for Jinx, but it's winnable, he will poke you down consistently with Q's. Just try to farm, don't bother trying to Zap [W] for poke he will just Arcane Shift away. Only use Super Mega Death Rocket [R] if you're sure his Arcane Shift is down.

Cost: 20 Mana per Rocket
Cooldown: 1 second
Description: Jinx modifies her basic attacks by swapping between Pow-Pow, her minigun and Fishbones, her rocket launcher. Attacks with Pow-Pow grant Attack Speed, while attacks with Fishbones deal area of effect damage, gain increased range, and drain Mana.
Effect: Jinx swaps weapons.
Rocket Launcher: Basic attacks deal 110% damage to Jinx's target and all nearby enemies, gain 75/100/125/150/175 range, and drain mana.
Minigun: Basic attacks grant additional Attack Speed for 2.5 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times for a total bonus of 30/55/80/105/130%. Stacks fall off one at a time and only benefit Jinx's first attack after switching to Rocket Launcher.

Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Description: Jinx uses Zapper, her shock pistol to fire a blast that deals damage to the first enemy hit, slowing and revealing it if it is not stealthed.
Effect: Jinx fires a shock blast that deals 10/60/110/160/210 Physical Damage to the first enemy hit and slowing it by 30/40/50/60/70% for 2 seconds
Range: 900
Cost: 50 Mana
Cooldown: 20/10/18/17/16 seconds
Description: Jinx throws out a line of snare grenades that explode after lighting enemies on fire. Flame chompers will bite enemy champions who walk over them rooting them in place.
Effect: Jinx tosses out 3 chompers that, one armed, explode on contact with enemy champions, rooting the target for 1.5 seconds and dealing 80/135/190/245/300 Magic Damage over 1.5 seconds to nearby enemies. Chompers last for 5 seconds.
Range: 25,000 (Global)
Cost: 100 Mana
Cooldown: 90/75/60 seconds
Description: Jinx fires a super rocket that gains damage as it travels. The rocket will explode upon colliding with an enemy champion, dealing damage to it and surrounding enemies based on their missing health.
Effect: Jinx fires a rocket that gains damage over the first second it travels. It explodes on the first enemy champion hit, dealing 25/35/45 to 300/400/500 Physical Damage plus 25/30/35% of the target's missing health. Nearby enemies take 80% damage.
+ 700 Range on rockets with maxed out Switcheroo! [Q]
+ Up to 130% bonus attack speed on her mini-gun with maxed out Switcheroo! [Q]
+ AoE (Area Of Effect) Crits!
+ 1450 Range slow on her Zap! [W] (This is nearly HALF the range of Lux's ultimate which is 3000.)
+ Global execute with her ultimate, Super Mega Death Rocket! [R].
+ Can immobilize up to 3 champions for 1.5 seconds with Flame Chompers! [E]
+ Can easily chain kills with Get Excited! [Passive]
Jinx is an intense hyper-carry.
+ SHES CRAZY MAN!
Cons:
+ Nearly useless if she falls behind on farm.
+ Not very strong before her first 2 items.
+ If she has a passive support like Bard or Sona and the other ADC has an aggressive support Jinx won't be able to engage and she can get crushed.
+ Countered hard by Sivir and especially Draven.
