Hey guys, this is my second build so far and i hope you like this build and seen my other build for Shaco. If not it's probably in the bar to the right >>.
Like most of you, i just bought Wukong and with a friend i tried a build against him which i just tried online, and it worked pretty well. You'll learn more about it in the next chapters.

Enjoy legendary Wukong.

Pros:

Nice turret pusher/basher
Nice Damage output
Good opening spell for fights
Good chaser/runner
He's a friggin' monkey ;)

Cons:

Vulnerable without runes
Expensive build
Almost every game playing vs mirror
Vulnerable vs cc (but easy counterable)
Art fail, he's missing a piece of his stick at his left shoulder ;p
He's a psycho monkey... Hear his laugh :O

Greater Mark of Desolation is armor penetration. It is very nice to have in early and late game. You dont have to waste stats for Last Whisperer with these.

is armor. Just flat armor. I play him for like a week now, and i noticed he is very vulnerable in early game, vs dps-er's.

is magic resist. Almost the same story like the seals but then vs Mages. The combination of the two and your passive, is undestructable (almost ;))

Greater Quintessence of Desolation Same story like the marks. Makes you do more damage and you can buy other things than Last Whisperer.

is very nice to use as a finishing blow, a starting hit (because of the armor and magic resistance reduction) or as a turret bashing skill. Yes, it deals more damage to turrets, and resets your base attack timer. When hitting turret i recommend: Basic attack >> It deals more damage in a shorter time than only basic attacking.


is nice to get away with. When getting chased you are lucky to be a freaking monkey with those epic skills. It goes like this when u r not a freaking monkey:
Chased: run into bushes, chased, try to use skills on them, dead...

It goes like this when u R a freaking monkey: Chased, run into bushes, press the magic key "W" and run past them to get behind them.

Nice when chasing and when they get out of range, just use it on another random guy standing next to him and BOOM!!!! kill. Also when u are turret bashing with enemy minions around it, just use on them for a nice Atk. Speed boost.

This is just an epic ult. Some ppl compare it with Garen's spin, but this is way more effective in co-operation with

Small tip:
Don't use your Q as a life saving skill, it doesn't apply on-hit effects like crit chance or life steal.

I pick and Because i think those summoner spells are really useful. Ignite is used offensively, just by dashing into a fight with your E spell and when he is nearly dead, and ur E spell is on cooldown, just ignite him and the job is done.
Exhaust can be used defensively and offensively. When being chased and your Decoy is on cooldown, press D or F target the most dangerous and closest enemy, and get away.
Offensively it is used by sahing into fight, he runs, u chase and use ult and exhaust him for maximum damage. Here are the other summoner spells:

It is the same story like exhaust, only getting away is a bit easier and the chasing part with ult on is a bit harder.

Yeah, it is good to have when chasing a long ranged enemy, and good for running away.

Maybe:

Wukong can jungle, i never tried it, but my thoughts are good about it.

Wukong is quite vulnerable, so it might be a good choice

When you dont like walking all the way back to your turret when gone back to base.

Well, if u stack bloodthirster all the way up to his max, it will do it.

No! Just no:

Wukong's skills dont require much mana
No need to
Facepalm, again.
No need to die and feed ;)
I know you are a bit defensive but you can handle it without.

The items are simple: Start off with a Doran's Blade Lifesteal+Atk Dmg. Get boots like Mercury's treads or Ninja tabi to make yourself less vulnerable. Much cc enemies? Mercury's. Much dps enemies? Ninja tabi. Both of 'em? Mercury's. Rush a Bloodthirster and work out your Phantom dancer. When the time has arrived, you feel squishy. At least i do, so i buy a Frozen Mallet . Note: This is a VERY IMPORTANT ITEM. You have like 2800 hp now and ready to go Youmuu's . If u have the time and money sell your Doran's Blade and buy an Infinity Edge . Just follow these steps and you'll come very far.

The masteries are as you can see very defensive. That is because Wukong is very vulnerable, even with his Passive. Just try it and you will see it is very good to have. The 9-21-0 is a very good combination of masteries for Wukong. The 9 offensive masteries are just the basic DPS masteries.
You don't need mana regen. runes or masteries because his skills use very little mana.

Concluding it all: Wukong, The Monkey King is a fun character to play and gives quite much different games, every game. I really recommend this champion to buy, and have fun with him.
