I am a Bronze Evelynn OTP, I came up with this build recently
I was Divine rank in Dota 2 previously.
I started playing lol casually about 2 months ago.
This is not a complete evelynn guide.
It is simply a mejai's Rush Build which you can have fun in draft with or
carry games in ranked with.

How to Execute?
To execute this build properly, At all costs
YOU MUST NOT DIE
its fine if you die before buying Mejai's but after that u must not die for this
build to work.

Evelynn Combos
Early Game Gank Combo
W > Blue Smite > AA > Q1 > E > Q2 > AA > Q3
Initiate with W and Blue smite from behind the enemy, proc the charm with a Auto attack, then Q1 > E and then you can kill them with your team.
High Dps Long range Combo
Q1 > W > Q2 > Q3 > E > Blue Smite > R
Use this combo when you want to initiate on an enemy whos under tower or for a dive.
Fast Burst Combo
Q1 > Flash > E > R
This is your fastest One shot combo
Surprise em, Win the game
