Hey I am Mâmbâ from Germany, Hamburg.
I love maokai, and if my team isnt full of feeders, I win with Maokai jungle.
My most played lanes are Jungle -> Mid -> Top
My guide is short, because I hate it to read normal loooooooong guides, so I made my own small Maokai guide :3

Everything you have to know is in the note, right behind the purchase name :)

Notice for boots: with this fastness you can often hit with "W"(The stun) for a kill (if you follow somebody)

Your Q spell [Kick them up]:It does a funny bump up around you (does dmg) and a slow along the arrow.
{ use it for escaping / its your DMG-skill / in combination with your stun }


Your W spell [Stun]: Maokai gets unable to hit and flies over the ground to his Target.
{ use it for stun / help teammates to escape / get some more dmg in 1v1 / MAN its a normal stun / but be carful, if you use it and for example ez use flash / his spell-flash you are fast in tower range and an easy kill }

Your E spell [Sapling]: Throws a Sapling to the position you want him. He does DMG when he hits the ground and after he followed an enemy he will explode.
If no enemy gets near your Sapling he will explode after >>>35 Seconds<<<
{ use it for more vision / to get a save assist / help teammates / get escaping enemys }

Your R ( Ultimate Team Bash Helper Saver DMG-KS-Attack ): You set a circle on the ground. Every Teammate in this circle gets 20% less DMG. The circle absorbs DMG and when you press R [reaktivate] again the circle will due some DMG.
{ Use it in teambattles / saving team mates / in 1v1 / for escape }


COMBINE IS EVERYTHING

Use W to jump on the enemy. ( he is stuned )
Use Q to kick the enemy up. ( longer stun / more DMG )
Use E on his way back. ( to get last hit / kill him when he runes away )

[With level 6]
Use R to reduce your entering dmg and do some dmg when he runs away.

YOU DONT NEED A PULL!
REMEMBER: THEY JUST WANT YOUR EXP :3 <-- funny smily btw

Begin at 1:20 by planting Saplings on the place, where blue will spawn.
NOT EARLIER AND NOT LATER

Set 2 more saplings at this place.. - at 1:55 Blue will spawn
Its important that you have already set 3 saplings when blue spawns otherwise you die or you waste too many potions

Blues little helpers are instant down and you hit Blue with smite / and saplings when ever possible
dont forget the potions you bought!

Now you are level 2
Skill your Q-spell - don't be afraid of spaming you attacks, you got blue buff ;)


Kill Wolves / Ghosts / Redbuff ( Your smite should have 7-10 secs cooldown but you can begin the fight and kill red with smite ).

Now you are level 3
Skill your W-spell for ganking.

If you have more than >60%/65% HP go for a gank in mid or when you are on the purple/blue side on top/on bottom

If you got <60% HP GO BACK AND BUY "after red buff"

Now you rotate around the lanes / ask if anybody needs a gank / kill jungle monsters / deff. lanes if anybody has to go back. <- normal jungler things :P

By the way, try to steal some minions with Q when you visit a lane ;)

I'll repeat: I made a short guide with every basic to know about Maokai for people who want to try him. Its my way to play him and I think its the best, just believe in daat tree :P
